Which PeerGFS processes should be excluded from anti-malware software?

The scanning and real-time operations of anti-malware and audit software can degrade the performance of PeerGFS.

To ensure no interference with PeerGFS, the following processes should be excluded from all anti-malware and audit software:

  • Peer Software is not aware of any risk in excluding these processes from your anti-malware or audit software.
  • Performance and operating system reliability problems may occur because of file locking by anti-malware and audit software if these processes are not excluded.
