Why isn't my PeerSync license key working?

There are a couple possible answers to this problem:

  • The problem may be the spacing in one of the fields.  You will want to enter the registration information as precisely as possible.  Make sure all the information is cut and pasted exactly as it is sent to you. The information is space- and case-sensitive.
  • The key you are attempting to use may be a temporary key that was issued upon processing of a Purchase Order.  Once payment is received, the full, non-expiring keys are issued.  If your order has been paid, please contact our Accounts Receivable to obtain a full code key.
